REFUND POLICY

Items purchased from Rita’s Christmas House can only be returned or exchanged under individual circumstances that must be agreed upon with Rita. Contact us at [email protected]

We take great care to pack your order as securely and safely as possible. We also arrange for insurance to cover every order. Should you receive your order damaged, please follow the directions below:

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  1. Take pictures of the damaged item and the packaging material it arrived with as soon as possible.
  2. Contact USPS and file a claim for the shipment. They will require the pictures to prove the damage.
  3. You will also have to provide USPS with proof of purchase and the tracking number from the package. There should be a paper invoice included with your shipment for proof of purchase.
  4. If you lose the invoice included with your shipment, contact us at [email protected] and we will reprint your invoice.
  5. USPS usually processes claims promptly and you should receive payment within a reasonable amount of time.
  6. If we still have the item you purchased in stock, you may reorder it.

If you feel you must return or exchange your purchase, contact us at [email protected] to discuss the matter. Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement with Rita’s Christmas House.com and must be discussed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Prearranged returns must be in the same condition as when shipped. You must arrange shipping on your own. We highly recommend you insure the package and obtain tracking information, just as we do when sending out to you. We cannot guarantee a return will arrive
